Back in the Fringe 2003

Following their smash hit production in last year's Fringe, Tempo invites
you to "come to the Cabaret". Meet the sexy Kit Kat girls (or boys!?),
sample the extremes of Berlin nightlife...... and so much more!!

The story, set in 1930s Berlin against the rising tide of national socialism, Cabaret tells the story of the seedy goings on at the Kit Kat Klub, one of the many Berlin nightclubs where people went to forget their troubles in the world outside. We are introduced to such characters as Clifford Bradshaw, a young British writer who has come to Berlin to complete his novel, and the show's unlikely heroine, green nailed, self-centred, yet charmingly effervescent Sally Bowles. Includes such well known numbers as "Wilkommen", "Two Ladies", and the title song "Cabaret".
